  今天來說明一個軟體（多國語系）的使用觀念
  相信這樣大家在以後軟體的使用是會有所幫助！
  也會在本地化（繁體中文化）語系時技術更加精進！
  今天介紹的主角是：CCleaner V2.17.853
  原版安裝後大小：2.27MB（裡面含一堆各國的語系檔，為了軟體減肥：有必要把用不到的的語系刪除！）
  首先是→在目錄下加一個：ccleaner.ini（請注意：原版沒有！有興趣研究者可以用文字編輯器打開來看內容...）
  修改Language=XXXX （XXXX就是語系代號）
  Language=1028（就是：台灣繁體中文）
  Language=2052（就是：大陸簡體中文）
  CCleaner V2.17.853修改後：
  只大陸含語系：lang-2052.dll（1.41MB）
  只台灣含語系：lang-1028.dll也是（1.41MB）
  那如果萬一碰到沒有中文語系的軟體時，就使用英文語系翻譯成本國語系（存檔時另存自己本國的語系代號）
